Church History

Under the divine direction of the Holy Spirit and the detailed instructions of God, Christian Outreach Center opened its doors in 1984. The first church location was in the UCAP Center in Capitol Heights, Maryland. The first official service took place on the 2 Sunday in July, 1984. God has moved in tremendous ways since that first service.
